Date: May 4, 2011
Location: Washington, DC

U.S. Representative Thaddeus G. McCotter (MI-11) introduced H.Res. 241 last night to honor our U.S. Armed Forces, Intelligence Agencies and the Obama and Bush Administrations for their dedicated, successful efforts to bring the murderous terrorist Osama bin Laden to justice.

"This resolution does not revel in the death of bin Laden the butcher; this resolution hails the triumph of justice," said McCotter.

In addition, McCotter's resolution remembers the fallen and their families who have been victims of bin Laden and his terrorist network; and reaffirms United States' commitment to the prompt and just eradication of al Qaeda and all terrorist organizations and their cohorts in the War for Freedom against Terrorism.
