Orange County Mayor Teresa Jacobs , U.S. Rep. Dan Webster and U.S. Rep. Sandy Adams will today join Korea's ambassador to the United States in promoting the benefits of the pending free trade agreement with South Korea.
The event is being put on by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and is part of a tour to promote ratification of the agreement that the business lobby says would promote exports from the U.S. to Korea and create jobs.
Korea Ambassador Han Duk-soo is scheduled to visit a local boat manufacturer that hopes to benefit from the trade agreement before joining local politicians and other business people at the Disney Entrepreneur Center.
