Location: Unknown

"What used to be all too infrequent in the House is now becoming a common occurrence: cutting back. Job creators--after two years of exasperation and uncertainty--are now receiving unequivocal signals from the House that we're serious about reining in our deficits in order to promote an atmosphere conducive to job creation and economic development. House Republicans are doing what we were sent here to do. In recent days, Senate Democrats have seemed somewhat open to spending cuts, and I'm hopeful that both parties can come together on a long-term spending reduction plan."
