A standardized and uniform set of incentive packages for all businesses, whether large and small, entering or expanding within our state will help create jobs and increase our tax base. Bill will also relieve the deadweight on employers caused by runaway lawsuits by requiring the use of AMA guidelines for worker's compensation awards and enacting lawsuit abuse reforms.
