Issue Position

Nothing is more closely associated with Oregon than its natural environment and its ethic of environmental stewardship. And how we protect, enjoy, and use those resources is inextricably intertwined with how we supply energy to run our state and our economy. Oregonians have realized this for some time, and it has led to a high degree of innovation, expertise and development of conventional and clean energy resources. Yet we still face significant challenges associated with energy resources, our environment, and our economy.
