Issue Position

The people of our state and nation must remind those in Washington to take a good look at the Tenth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, which clearly states the preeminence of state's rights in the structure of our country. It is up to us as citizens to assert those rights. It is up to us and our state's elected officials to remind the federal government that it was created to serve the states, not the other way around.
