Education is way too important to leave in the hands of Raleigh politicians and bureaucrats. Parents need more options on how to educate their children. I'd start by working to remove the cap on charter schools. Then I would work to implement either a program of vouchers or tax credits to free parents from the grip of the government school monopoly.
