Issues: Military Personnel
The United States of American must maintain the strongest military capabilities in the world.
These military capabilities are Constitutionally perscribed for the protection of the Constitution and the citizens of the United States.
The responsibility to declare war and/or to otherwise deploy military forces rests with Congress and should not be deferred to the President or any other individual or group out of fear or expedience. Additionally, as a defensive force, American military technologies and personnel should only be deployed Constitutionally.
