Issue Position

Tim Scott completely supports and believes that law-abiding citizens have the right to keep and bear arms. He is a card-carrying member of the NRA and believes the right of our citizens to defend themselves, their family and their property is a fundamental freedom and, like the Constitution, is the cornerstone of our democracy. As our representative in Congress, he will fight to protect our 2nd Amendment right and our other rights defined in the Constitution.
