Issue Position

I am Pro-Life. I believe that Roe v. Wade is clearly unconstitutional as it overturned state law; laws that were passed by the people through the ballot box, throughout this nation. I am very encouraged that a majority of Americans now oppose abortion as more people have become fully aware of what this barbaric practice is really about. Abortion is not simply "removing fetal tissue"; it is the taking of an innocent human life. I support an exception for abortion only in cases where the actual physical life of the mother is clearly in jeopardy if the pregnancy is allowed to continue.
