Cecile believes that healthcare should be between a patient and a doctor, and opposes the President's trillion-dollar government reform plan. As a state legislator, she has served on the Public Health, Welfare, and Labor committee in both the State House and Senate. Cecile was named the Arkansas Medical Society's "Legislator of the Year" for 2009.
