Franken Announces Minnesota National Guard Action Plan For PDMRA Benefit Payout

"I've been working to see these benefits get to the Minnesotans who deserve them since almost my first day in office," said Sen. Franken. "And I'll continue working to make sure every soldier who qualifies knows where and how to pick them up. We need to make sure that our Guard members have a chance to work with the Minnesota Guard so that they get their benefits quickly and it's done right.
