Through both education and strong enforcement action, the Office of the Attorney General helps protect senior Texans against fraud, deception, and exploitation. Regular "Senior Alerts" are distributed via email and web notifying seniors, community organizations, and other interested parties of fraudulent activity and tips to avoid becoming a victim.
