* Ending Employment & Pay Discrimination: Mike Quigley will work to end discrimination based on gender, race, and sexual orientation that is prevalent in companies' hiring and payment practices. Mike will prioritize the passage of legislation such as the Fair Pay Act and the Employment Non-Discrimination Act.

* Supporting a Woman's Right to Choose: Mike Quigley is staunchly pro-choice and opposes any attempt to overturn Roe v. Wade or limit access to this important aspect of women's health care.

* Strengthening Hate Crime Legislation & Enforcement: Mike Quigley recognizes that crimes motivated by hate must be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible. Passing additional hate crime legislation and putting an emphasis on enforcement will be top priorities for Mike in congress.
