Governor's Statement on Supreme Court Decision to Protect the CAT

Columbus, Ohio -- Ohio Governor Ted Strickland today issued the following statement regarding the 6-1 decision by the Ohio Supreme Court in favor of the State in Ohio Grocers Association v. Levin:

"I am thankful for the Supreme Court's decision, which protects the integrity of Ohio's reformed tax code and upholds the broad-based, low-rate structure that gives Ohio the lowest business taxes in the Midwest."
