U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow today made the following statement regarding the announcement that next week, from Tuesday, June 2nd to Friday, June 5th, members of the Obama administration will travel to Michigan to visit auto communities and discuss federal recovery efforts for communities and workers.

I welcome this unprecedented trip to the Midwest by cabinet secretaries and other officials to see what is happening on the frontlines of this economic crisis.
