Candidate Demonstrates At League Of Women Voters Debate He Is The Candidate For A New Direction

At tonight's League of Women Voters debate, Chris Lee proved that he has the right experience and the right solutions to help build a better, more prosperous future for Western New Yorkers.

Chris Lee released this statement following the debate:

"If you want an independent voice in Washington who won't accept ‘business as usual' politics and a proven leader with the right experience and solutions for these challenging times - then join me to change the broken status quo.

"If you want a businessman who has created jobs, met a payroll and who will bring the values of hard work and integrity back to Washington - then join me to build a better, more prosperous future for Western New Yorkers.

"We know the next Congress will have to make a series of critical decisions about how to restore our economy and revitalize the American Dream.

"That's why I have put forward an agenda to keep taxes low and create better, higher-paying jobs for working families. That's why I will pursue an all-of-the-above energy strategy that eases the pain at the pump and reduces our dependence on foreign oil. That's why I will fight to fix a broken Washington, put an end to pork-barrel spending, and ensure government lives within its means.
