Congressman Frelinghuysen is a leader in the fight to reform federal homeland security programs and better protect the citizens of New Jersey. His "Smarter Funding for All of America's Security Act" would adopt the 9/11 Commission's call for using threat assessments as the right way to distribute homeland security funding. This will ensure that New Jersey and other high-risk areas receive the support they require to guard against terror threats. Congressman Frelinghuysen is working to pass a bipartisan measure updating the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to ensure intelligence officials have the tools they need to thwart terrorism. Rodney is co-sponsoring a bipartisan bill that makes border security a reality and not just an overdue promise.
