Issue Position: Progress Before Politics

Travis Childers knows that so much of the success that North Mississippi has had in economic development, education and healthcare is due largely to the fact that local officials in this region recognize that our fate is a shared fate. Travis understands the importance of working across regional, governmental, and party lines to get things done for North Mississippi. As congressman, he will take our North Mississippi spirit of cooperation and can-do attitude to Washington. Travis Childers will work with members of both parties - liberals, moderates and conservatives - to get things done for North Mississippi and get America moving in the right direction.
