OGONOWSKI IS A NO SHOW AGAIN!

The New England Police Benevolent Association held their public safety debate at the Princeton Station and had invited all the candidates of the 5th Congressional District. This is a forum that addresses issues to the law enforcement community and once again Jim Ogonowski did not show up to show his support of the Police Officers of the 5th District. His pattern of no shows continues to insult the constituents of 5th District and in this case the law enforcement community.

His did not show up at the Healthcare debate in Westford, MA, failed to show up at the debate sponsored by AARP in Andover, MA, failed to show up for the debate sponsored by the Non Profit Alliance Of Greater Lowell in Lowell, MA and He failed to show up at the sidewalk debate in Carlisle. The debate sponsored by N.E.P.B. A. centered around issues like funding for more police officers, equipment, training, pensions and taking care of Widows and children of Police Officers who have died in the line of duty.

Paul Larkham, Legislative Director for N.E.P.B.A. was visibly upset that Ogonowski thumbed his nose at the N.E.P B.A. debate. Tom Tierney stated, "I continue to be bemused at the no shows of Jim Ogonowski. He is not insulting me he is insulting the law enforcement community. You would think that he would show up and show his support for the police officers who protect our neighborhoods in the 5th District. It is the fault of his handlers who continue to use the strategy of being a no show at events such as this. It will hurt him in the long run for his lack of exposure and lack of support of important groups in the 5th District."
