WALBERG, UPTON TO TOUR BATTLE CREEK ECONOMIC CORRIDOR ON TUESDAY

On Tuesday, February 20th, Tim Walberg (R-Tipton) and Congressmen Fred Upton (R-St. Joseph) will tour the Battle Creek economic corridor that they both represent.

The Representatives will visit Kellogg, the Dole-Inouye Federal Center, Fort Custer Industrial Park, Duncan Aviation, WMU College of Aviation and the Air National Guard Base.

Both Walberg and Upton are quite concerned with the condition of the local economy in Southwest Michigan and are working in Congress to bring new jobs to the region.

The visit to the WMU College of Aviation will be towards the end of the tour, and Walberg and Upton will be available to recap the earlier stops. Due to security concerns, the other stops are not open to the press.
