Every other year during campaign season, the lying press puts out the story of another IRS ARREST of political activity in a church... One came out in July 2005, and they just regurgitated the story again this month in the LA area newspapers. See:

It is more my opinion that the IRS CHASES THE RELIGIOUS RIGHT OFF THE BATTLEFIELD. After reading the Constitution, and then reading the IRS unConstitutional decree regarding 501(c) (3), I wonder how could we have let that fascist Lyndon Johnson do this to us, and how we can still let him chase us off the battlefield. Are we such ignorant whimps that we don't know that the Constitution tells us that the IRS is forbidden TO UTTER SUCH WORDS AND the press is DECEITFULLY telling us that the IRS has authorization to do so? We're a bunch of sissies!

It is written and compiled by Mark Hudson of the Utah Constitution Party. (He is running for Congress this year) I endorse it 100%. And I endorse Chuck's article (above) 100% as well. They both refer to the same subject but in slightly different ways. And all Constitutionalists should read BOTH essays!
I admit I am trying to get my brethren in my church to wake up and stand with me against the tyrannical oppression of the IRS. I am hoping you can do the same with your church. AWAKEN YOUR MEMBERSHIP TO THE TYRANNY THAT CONFRONTS US ALL. Even if I could convert EVERY LDS to the AIP, it would only be a drop in the bucket. It will take EVERY CHURCH, EVERY CHRISTIAN, EVERY JEWISH SYNAGOG, (etc.) to make a difference. If we do not band together to protect our freedom and liberty we are going to be eventually completely ENSLAVED together.
We are all in this big mess together...so why do we sleep at this time of peril? So let me tell you the Founding Father's "rule" one more time:
"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances."
As one of my first OFFICIAL acts as State Party Chairman of the American Independent Party is to decree this EXECUTIVE ORDER.
ORDER: That each and everyone of you are hereby appointed to go forth and proclaim Christian Liberty and Freedom to all. That the American Independent Party&CP will no longer tolerate the abridgement of our Christian liberties and freedoms. We are offended that GAYS, LESBIANS, ILLEGAL INVADERS, have more rights than Christian Citizens. We are offended that the STATE is ordering the removal of Crosses, Nativity scenes, and religious icons from public lands and buildings. And it raises our ire that Christian prayer has been forbidden to be spoken in public. Furthermore, it is ordered that each American Independent Party adherents publish and promote the Preamble of the California Constitution that embraces ALL RELIGIONS...
"We, the People of the State of California, grateful to Almighty God for our freedom, in order to secure and perpetuate its blessings, do establish this Constitution."
And it is further ORDERED that the American Independent Party do all it cans to stop the removal of GOD from our California public lands and buildings and that we welcome Almighty God BACK INTO CALIFORNIA...
As Abraham Lincoln said: "THAT THIS NATION, UNDER GOD, SHALL HAVE A NEW BIRTH OF FREEDOM..."
Please send this email to your entire email list. Give it to your church friends, you business friends and especially your family. Mail it, email it, print it into flyers, and proclaim it from the roof-tops. Tell them to click on the webpage addresses below and check out the alternate to the Socialist Democrat party and the Socialist LITE party (Republicans). They no longer have to vote for the "lesser of two evils."
And too, if you forward this email, it will get the word out that I am actually running. The news media has taken up the role of gatekeeper to the political process and refuse to print/air any press releases until they are approved by the media and IT IS A DEMOCRAT OR REPUBLICAN announcement. I have been completely shut out because I am a third party. I can buy expensive advertising, but who can afford $3,600 for a 2"x 2" ad in the LA Times? The media is chasing me off the battlefield as well!
Of course, if you don't want to welcome God back into California, then delete these two emails...don't send it forward...just do nothing. God will stay away if you want him too.
Remember, the words "SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE" is found only in the 1918 Russian/Communist Constitution...those words are not found in our Constitution...the mention of God is in the first sentence of of the California State Constitution. And I have taken an Oath as a CANDIDATE for office (I had to do so at my Election' Clerk's office when I filed my papers for candidacy) to uphold the Constitution. To protect it from foreign and domestic enemies. The foreign enemies don't scare me as bad as the DOMESTIC ENEMIES do. And I give my pledge that I WILL UPHOLD THE CONSTITUTION...therefore, I will lead the charge to welcome GOD back to California if I am elected as Governor of this great state....Will you stand with me and welcome him back too?
Tell your neighbors and friends that God need not stay away anymore! If I am elected he will have a Governor-friend in Sacramento! (One out 50 state capitals would be a good start!)
