Healthcare is a huge issue, according to Congresswoman Shelley Moore Capito (R -W.Va.). The war on terror is first and foremost on people's minds, then jobs and the economy, gas prices, immigration and healthcare — particularly, the affordability of healthcare, according to Capito.

Of the issues, "health is something we can do something about," she said.

This means everybody can play a part in our own individual and collective health.

"We can make changes there," she added.

Congress has addressed healthcare issues with plans such as the health savings accounts, which can move with an employee from job to job.

However, "you have got to have money to save," she said. Not everyone can afford to set aside $80 or $100 each month.

We need to be able to reshape the plan to appeal to a broader population, according to Capito.
