Bono Statement on the Death of Abu Musab al-Zarqawi

The following is a statement of Congresswoman Mary Bono (CA-45):

"The death of terrorist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi is a milestone for the Iraqi people and major victory for the War on Terror. I commend our troops who are serving bravely to preserve democracy and protect our nation from terrorists and extremists like al-Zarqawi. We owe our troops an enormous debt of gratitude for their service."
