Shaw Statement on al-Zarqawi Death
South Florida Congressman Clay Shaw today released the following statement regarding the death of wanted terrorist Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.
"The death of al-Zarqawi is a tremendous victory for the Iraqi people and the War on Terror. Al-Zarqawi was one of the most dangerous and wanted terrorists. His death signals a sure sign that coalition troops continue to make great strides in eliminating the threat of terrorism. Our troops should be commended for their on-going hard work and dedication to the cause of freedom around the world."
