“Well given his performance, he did the best he could to try to explain a very bad record. Forty-year high inflation. A wide-open southern border. It’s hard to find anything President Biden could say he accomplished other than spending a huge amount of money and running up the national debt. It was a tough sell and he couldn’t make it.”
