Stefanik's Foreign Adversary Communications Transparency Act Receives Legislative Hearing

"Allowing companies owned by Communist China and other foreign adversaries access to our critical infrastructure leaves our country vulnerable to attack. Congress must use every tool at our disposal to stop Communist China and other foreign adversaries' subversion of our sovereignty and the FACT Act does that by bringing transparency to the influence that our adversaries have over our critical infrastructure."
