"The special counsel's report paints a clear picture of former Vice President Joe Biden willfully and knowingly retaining classified material as a private citizen. Joe Biden had no ability to declassify that material but continued to discuss its presence with a ghostwriter for his memoir. The fact the Department of Justice chose not to charge him with a crime based on this revelation proves their behavior toward President Trump is purely political and designed to prevent Trump from being re-elected to the White House," said Rep. As damaging as this report is for President Biden, perhaps the most important revelation is the state of his cognitive decline. How can the American people believe their leader is fit for the White House when his own poor memory was a reason the DOJ chose not to prosecute him?"
