Date: Nov. 2, 2023
Location: Washington, D.C.
Issues: Environment

"The legislation we work on in the House Committee on Natural Resources touches nearly every corner of the country. Today's hearing was a critical opportunity, open to all members of Congress to testify before the committee about the natural resources issues in their districts. We heard from a bipartisan group of 11 members on issues including wildfire prevention, responsible forestry, water management, energy production, coastal recreation, migrant shelters on federal lands and infrastructure projects, to name a few. Today was an important step in further engaging with our colleagues across America and striving to improve the lives of all the American citizens we work for."
