"The start of the new fiscal year unlocked more than $60 billion in formula funding for states to invest in roads and bridges, including $5.3 billion dedicated to repairing crumbling bridges, $885 million for developing electric vehicle charging infrastructure, and nearly $55 billion for state priority projects that support efficient, safe, and sustainable transportation. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law continues to deliver, helping communities build for generations to come, facilitating the transition to a cleaner transportation sector, and creating good paying jobs that boost the economy."
