"All people deserve clean water. They also deserve good-paying, Davis-Bacon wages for building and rebuilding water and wastewater systems. The Bipartisan Infrastructure Law delivers both by providing $11.7 billion for the Clean Water State Revolving Fund to help communities rebuild and modernize their wastewater and stormwater infrastructure while continuing to require Davis-Bacon wages--a decades old requirement. As communities embark on a new era of water infrastructure projects, we need union jobs to build our economy from the bottom up and middle out."
