"Today's FRA funding to improve rail safety for people and families and strengthen our supply chains will make the U.S. more competitive. In my home state, Washington Department of Transportation and Tacoma Rail each received funding to develop and upgrade the state's railway systems. Thanks to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, communities across the country have the resources they need to create safer, cleaner, greener, and more accessible rail systems."
