"Thanks to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, more communities in the Pacific Northwest and across the country will have the resources needed to prepare for floods, wildfires, droughts and extreme heat--an investment that creates jobs while building resilience and combating climate change. This funding will make it possible for 23 states to be first time recipients of a BRIC grant, and will flow to underserved communities that most urgently need resilience solutions and projects that implement sustainable, nature-based solutions to the climate crisis."
