Mr. GUTHRIE. Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor the retirement of Steve Blackburn from Glasgow, Kentucky after 43 years of service with the T. Marzetti Company.

Steve began his career as a temporary employee in the processing department in their first manufacturing plant on Indianola Avenue in Columbus, Ohio. He has proven to be an important team member at the T. Marzetti Company, being instrumental in the greenfield startup in Horse Cave, Kentucky in 2006 and Sister Schubert's in 2007. Nearly a half century later, Steve will retire as the Senior Director of Operations.

A loving father of 4 and grandfather of 6, Steve plans on enjoying retirement with his wife of nearly 14 years, Angela. Congratulations to Steve on his hard-earned retirement.
