"President Biden alone has decided to disregard the safety and security of the American people by refusing to enforce existing immigration laws and by lifting crucial Title 42 protections. Further, by threatening to veto the House Republicans' border security bill, he is choosing to double down on policies that empower Mexican cartels and coyotes. This decision will undoubtedly lead to even more exploitation of unaccompanied migrant children, increased smuggling of illicit fentanyl and fentanyl-related substances, and new outbreaks of contagious diseases, such as tuberculosis and polio."
