"Despite attack after attack from right-wing judges, mifepristone remains safe and legal. But this fight is not over. Extremist Republican politicians continue to chip away at women's rights to make their own health care decisions across the nation. As litigation continues, the Biden Administration must pursue every avenue available under the law to give drug manufacturers, distributors, health care providers, and patients the assurances they need to keep this medication available for the millions of women who rely on it."
