Hern votes against gun-grabbing legislation

Representative Kevin Hern (OK-01) released the following statement after voting against the Senate Amendment to the House Amendment to S. 2938.
"Many of my colleagues need a refresher on the Constitution," said Rep. Hern. "The bill we voted on today is an attack on our Second Amendment rights; it targets law-abiding citizens and takes away their right to due process. Furthermore, it fails to address the root problems of violence in our communities. I will ALWAYS fight to protect the Second Amendment rights of American citizens."
