Rep. Neguse to Host Town Halls in Cities Across 2nd District

This upcoming Saturday, August 27th, Congressman Joe Neguse will host two town halls in cities across Colorado's Second Congressional District to update members of the community on recent developments in the Congress. He will also provide updates about major legislation recently enacted, including the Inflation Reduction Act and take questions from constituents. The two town-halls will take place in Louisville on Saturday morning from 9:30-10:30 a.m. and Fort Collins on Saturday afternoon from 4:00-5:00 p.m. Since being elected to Congress, Rep. Neguse has fostered a lead locally and listen first approach, hosting over sixty town halls during his tenure.

These events are the most recent in a series of community outreach events held by Rep. Neguse over the August work-period. Earlier this month, Rep. Neguse re-launched his first-of-its-kind and nationally recognized initiative: Service Town Halls. The Colorado representative was joined by members of the Colorado Youth Corps at the Lory State Park, where participants took part in responsible forest management practices.
