"FREEDOM IS ON THE BALLOT": KUSTER HOSTS ROUNDTABLE ON ABORTION ACCESS AND PERSONAL FREEDOM

Today, Annie Kuster hosted a roundtable with 'A Seat At The Table' candidates to discuss the importance of this election and getting out the vote for pro-choice, Democratic women up and down the ballot in New Hampshire. Annie Kuster started the 'A Seat At The Table' program in 2020 to help elect more candidates in New Hampshire who will fight to protect and preserve our reproductive rights, livelihoods, families, health, well-being and safety, and environment.

"This November, freedom is on the ballot," said Kuster. "In the wake of the Supreme Court overturning the near 50-year precedent of Roe v. Wade and revoking a woman's right to make her own reproductive choices, it has never been more important to elect pro-choice leaders in the Granite State. That's why I started "A Seat At The Table.' In two weeks, New Hampshire voters have a clear choice to take a stand for our personal freedoms and fundamental rights. I am proud to fight for our shared values and will continue pushing to keep politicians out of private medical decisions."

"I am honored to receive the endorsement of Representative Annie Kuster and fight for women's personal freedom and autonomy," said Shannon Chandley, State Senate Candidate in District 11. "Annie is a champion of Granite State values and a true fighter for our communities. Her opponent's radical position on abortion is out-of-touch and too extreme for New Hampshire."

"All across my district, I talk to Granite Staters who want their elected leaders to protect their freedoms and fight for their values," said Melanie Levesque, State Senate Candidate in District 12. "I am proud to work with Annie Kuster to make this a reality in our state and for our communities. We need more leaders like Annie fighting for us, not extremists like Bob Burns who want to insert politicians into our personal, private lives."

"I have been proud to work side-by-side with Annie Kuster to fight for our communities and protect our freedoms," said Senator Cindy Rosenwald, State Senate Candidate in District 13. "Here in Nashua, Granite Staters are concerned that out-of-touch politicians are going to take away their freedoms and interfere in their personal, private lives. That is not the New Hampshire way. I am proud to stand with Annie Kuster to fight for our freedoms and deliver for these communities."

Bob Burns is too extreme for New Hampshire -- his views are out-of-touch with the overwhelming majority of Granite Staters who are pro-choice. Bob Burns says that he is "100% pro-life, from conception." He would vote for a national abortion ban before most women know they are pregnant, including in New Hampshire. Burns answered, "None" when asked under what circumstances abortion should be allowed. Burns celebrated the Supreme Court's decision overturning the precedent of Roe v. Wade and taking away a woman's right to bodily autonomy.
