KUSTER HIGHLIGHTS HEALTH CARE PRIORITIES WITH DARTMOUTH HEALTH

Today, Annie Kuster joined leadership at Dartmouth Health to highlight her work supporting New Hampshire's health care providers and her priorities for the future. During the conversation, Kuster spoke about her work as a senior member of the Energy and Commerce Health Subcommittee advancing legislation to address workforce challenges, expand access to telehealth, protect Medicaid and Medicare, and more.

"Our New Hampshire health care providers are critical to the health and well-being of our communities," said Kuster. "I am proud to fight for them in Congress and help deliver the resources they need to do their jobs safely and continue serving Granite Staters. I will continue working to ensure every New Hampshire family has access to affordable, quality health care."

Kuster is a leader in Congress for expanding access to quality, affordable health care. The Inflation Reduction Act included Kuster's bill, the Protecting Seniors Through Immunization Act, which eliminates out-of-pocket vaccine costs for seniors and Medicare beneficiaries. This includes the shingles vaccine, which can cost $100s. Kuster's work is in stark contrast with that of her opponent, who said he stands with Big Pharma and opposes legislation to reduce prescription drug costs. Kuster's extreme opponent also supported eliminating all federal tax expenditures on health care programs other than Medicare and Medicaid, which would end health care for over 9 million children and increase costs for thousands of New Hampshire families.
