U.S. Representative Mike Bost (IL-12), the Ranking Member of the House Committee on Veterans' Affairs, slammed the Biden Administration today after Secretary Denis McDonough announced that the Department of Veterans Affairs was acting to provide abortions through the VA healthcare system.

"Abortion is wrong, and Congress prohibited VA from providing it decades ago," said Bost. "This proposal is contrary to longstanding, settled law and a complete administrative overreach. I oppose it and am already working to put a stop to it."
