I had the honor of joining commanders from @comnavforjapan and @US7thFleet during a pinning ceremony for Navy Lieutenant Commander Rebecca Guild from Janesville, Wisconsin serving abroad with U.S. Forces Japan.

During my visit to Japan I ran into two Wisconsinites, Ben and Brandon, serving as Foreign Service Officers at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo. And blast from the past, Ben also served as an intern in my House office!"
