Congressman Fulcher released the following statement on the lawsuit filed by the Department of Justice against the State of Idaho:
"By filing suit against Idaho over its anti-abortion law, President Joe Biden and his Justice Department are displaying their disdain for our federalist system and their growing belief in the illegitimacy of the Supreme Court. The Court made clear in its Dobbs v. Jackson decision that the issue of abortion should be left up to each state, and Idaho has chosen life.
