Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09), Chairman of the Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties, today praised President Biden's executive order protecting reproductive rights, and made the following statement:

"The President has taken prudent steps available to him to protect reproductive rights. I agree with him that Congress needs to codify the rights established by Roe v. Wade in law."
