Governor Chris Sununu Signs 14 Bills

Statement

This week, Governor Chris Sununu signed 14 bills into law.

Governor Chris Sununu Statement on HB 1280, an act prohibiting a parent's refusal to vaccinate a child from being used as evidence in any proceeding to terminating parental rights and enacting the 2009 interstate compact for the placement of children:

"Today, New Hampshire has taken critical steps forward in helping ensure we keep children at-risk for abuse or neglect safe, even when they are crossing state lines. I continue to urge all States across the country to take similar action immediately so we can work together to protect our nation's vulnerable children."
