Today, Texans for Greg Abbott announced the first purchase of broadcast and cable media time ahead of November's general election. The $8.8 million purchase allows Governor Abbott's campaign to have the most impactful and cost-efficient ad placement across broadcast TV, cable, radio and connected TV platforms in Texas media markets. This significant investment in ad time will allow Texans for Greg Abbott to secure prime ad slots in live sports programming and local news before they sell out.

This media buy will allow us to reach every corner of the state and speak directly to voters about the issues that matter most to them," said Governor Abbott. This is the first phase of media buys by Texans for Greg Abbott, and is in addition to the $2.75 million already planned for Hispanic media buys.
