The Biden Administration's new regulation "National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Implementing Regulations Revisions" will delay progress of vital infrastructure projects.

U.S. Senators Marco Rubio (R-FL) and Dan Sullivan (R-AK) introduced a resolution of disapproval to overturn the regulation.
A congressional resolution of disapproval requires a simple majority vote in both the House and Senate.
