Today, President Trump held a statewide tele-rally with Sarah Palin to promote Palin's candidacy in the special election for Alaska's at-large congressional seat.

"She's a fantastic person," said President Trump. "When she served as your governor, she quickly became one of the most popular leaders in the entire country. She did a phenomenal job and really became a MAGA warrior. She loves this state, and loves to fight for the people of this state… Sarah will get ANWR re-opened. She's going to bring back lower gas prices and restore American energy independence," he concluded.

"President Trump is all about "drain the swamp,'" Governor Palin said when thanking President Trump for his support. "That's what I'm gonna do. We have to keep working to get the corrupt elites out of Washington. We have to get government off our backs and back on our side," Palin said during the tele-rally.

"America is at a turning point. Every time I go to the grocery store, I see firsthand that sky-high inflation is hurting Alaskans," she added. "The government is infringing on our opportunities to develop our resources. That's what's causing the high prices you see. They're causing this sky-high inflation. We've got to change that. That's why I want to work in Congress. I'm applying for a job. I'm ready, willing, and able to go to DC and work for you, Alaska."

At the conclusion of the tele-rally, Governor Palin held a meet-and-greet with a large gathering of supporters who joined the tele-rally in person in Anchorage.
