"What happened on Friday was a complete dismantling of reproductive freedom by the Supreme Court. Right now, we are fighting to restore what the Court took away.

"The Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization decision means that millions of women will no longer have the reproductive health care that their mothers and grandmothers fought for and had for the last 50 years.

"@POTUS is taking executive action to address the health care crisis this decision has created. He's directed @HHSGov to protect women's access to medication to safely end a pregnancy, and he pledged to protect women's ability to travel to another state to seek the care they need.

"Over the past few months, I've convened faith leaders, privacy and constitutional law experts, health care providers, advocates, and state attorneys general on this issue. We remain committed to standing up for women and protecting freedom, liberty, and the right to privacy.

"The fight to protect women's rights is not over. Every person is entitled to their rights of privacy and self-determination."
