As Chair of the Subcommittee on Consumer Protection and as author of the bipartisan Jabara-Heyer NO HATE Act, I fought for provisions to crack down on Big Tobacco's efforts to supply children with unregulated synthetic nicotine products and to combat hate crimes with new grant programs and funding."
